PHI Wall

Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 26, 2026.

Information we process

PHI Wall processes account details, authentication records, subscription status, configuration choices, audit events, saved chat content, and prompts submitted by users. Connected-provider credentials are encrypted before database storage.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the service, screen prompts, route allowed requests to the customer-selected provider, maintain customer-requested history and audit records, manage billing, and provide support.

Sharing and processors

Allowed prompts are sent either to PHI Wall’s Standard provider or to the optional provider selected and contracted by the account owner. Usage reporting stores account/user IDs, routing details, timing, request status and provider token counts; it does not add prompt or response text to usage records. Service providers such as hosting, email, and payment processors may process limited information to deliver their functions. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by PHI Wall.

Retention and choices

Retention follows configured service periods and applicable customer agreements. Account owners control users, provider connections, and subscription settings. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be sent to support, subject to security, contractual, and legal retention requirements.

Security and HIPAA

No system is perfectly secure. A customer must not treat this notice or the product alone as proof of HIPAA compliance. Where PHI Wall acts as a business associate, the parties must execute an appropriate Business Associate Agreement before PHI is entrusted to the service.
